The required copies and fees for submitting, reviewing, and publishing a manuscript in PSERJ:

1.     Two hard copies of the manuscript with no author names.

2.     One hard copy of the manuscript including the author names and a CD including a word or a pdf version of the manuscript.

3.     The corresponding author should pay 300 Egyptian pounds as revision fees.

4.     Once the paper is accepted, the publication fees are determined as follows (for a maximum of 20 pages in Arabic and 10 pages in English):

4.1            The corresponding author should pay 600 Egyptian pounds if he is one of the staff of Faculty of Engineering, Port Said University.

4.2            The corresponding author should pay 800 Egyptian pounds if he is not one of the staff of Faculty of Engineering, Port Said University.

4.3            The corresponding author should pay 1200 Egyptian pounds if he is one of the staff of Faculty of Engineering, Port Said University and is traveling abroad.

4.4            7 Egyptian pounds should be paid for each extra Arabic page and 10 Egyptian pounds should be paid for each extra English page.

4.5            The publication fees for the foreign author (either single or shared paper) are determined by the administrative secretary of the journal according to the rules dictated by the university.

4.6            The publication fees are paid in the cash office after receiving a paying receipt from the administrative secretary of the journal.

The manuscript reviewers are not determined by the authors; rather, it is determined by the journal committee.
