The study aimed to identify “the effect of complex training on special physical abilities, muscle balance of the muscles of the lower extremity, and the record level of long jump runners.” and post-measurement), on the research sample that was chosen in the intentional way from students of the Faculty of Physical Education - Damietta University with a distinguished level in the long jump competition and registered in the Dakahlia region for athletics season 2021 AD stage under 20 years, and the total number of members of the basic research sample reached (10) contestants, They were divided into two equal groups, one experimental and the other controlling, each consisting of (5) contestants in addition to the exploratory sample, and their number was (3) young people from outside the basic sample, and the two research groups were trained using a twelve-week training program with (3) weekly training units, The main part of the training program was preceded by a foundation period for the experimental and control group for a period of four weeks using weight training. Then the researcher applied the main part of the program for a period of (8) weeks so that each of the two groups performs the entire content of the training program without allocation, but the difference between the experimental and control group is in the application of the complex training (chains of weight and plyometric training within the training unit) to the experimental group, while The control group was trained using plyometric training, and after completing the application of the program, dimensional measurements were taken for the experimental and control groups. The most important results were that the experimental program using complex training had a positive impact on the special physical abilities and muscular balance of the (working and corresponding) muscles on the knee joint and the record level for long jump runners .
