Abstract

The present study reported a facile, simple and rapid biosynthesis method for gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) using the arial parts of some wild palnts form different Families. Euphorbia dendroides (Euphorbiaceae), Moricandia nitens (Viv.) E. A. Durand & Barratte belong`s to family (Brassicaceae) and Pituranthos Tortuosus family (Umbelliferae). The arial parts extract was used as biotic reducing and stabilizing agent of the growing AuNPs. The synthesized gold nanoparticles (AuNPs), were characterized using UV-Vis spectroscopy (UV–Vis), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA). Several factors such as the extract amount, solution pH, and contact time, as possible influences; were investigated to obtain the optimized synthesis conditions. Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) and Anti-diabetic activity are valuated. The cytotoxic activity against hepatocellular carcinoma (HePG2) and colon carcinoma (HCT-116) were also evaluated. Separte and identify the active comopound of Euphorbia dendroides arial parts water extraxts, nano gold nanoparticles synthesis using the separted phytochmical compounds.
