Abstract

In the present study, the potential neutopsychiatric and eptleptogenic effects of aspartame,a low caloric sweetener were investigated.the interactions of aspartame with different antiepileptic drugs were also studied.the possible effect of aspartame on the central catecholamine and amino acid levels were also examined to reveal the mechanism of action of aspartame underlying its neuropsychiatric effects as well as its interaction with antiepileptic drugs.
It was therefore conducted this research to study the potential impact of Aspartame as a single dose ( 1 gram per kilogram of Mizin animal) or multiple repeated doses (100 Mbajram per kilogram for 14 days ) oral mice in motion regular as well as the tolerance of cramps caused by using Abanntelin Ntrazul as well as the probability of interaction interventional between the use of Aspartame as a single dose or multiple doses repeatedly with Alvaleroat , or phenytoin or Alaathusxima hand examples of drugs used in the treatment of epilepsy in mice . In an attempt to find out why this interaction internal level is set Pharmaceuticals anti- epilepsy at the level of catechol amines , as well as the level of amino acids found in the brain , such as acid Alaspartk and acid Algelotamk and Gamma vinyl Amenobeareroterk acid Alalnyen in the brains of mice.
The results were as follows : -
Give Aspartame as a single dose ( 1 gram per kilogram ) or doses (100 milligrams per kilogram ) does not affect the rats in motion regular as well as in Tglha of convulsions resulting from using Abanntelin Ttrasul as seen in the lack of change in dose Abanntelin Ttrasul that occur convulsions in half the number of Although mice that giving Aspartame as a single dose increases level Alaspartk acid and vinyl Alalnyen the while give doses Aspartame كعدة is the lead to a high level of vinyl Alanyen and the low level of Gamma Amino Biotirk acid , as well as the level of catechol amines in the brain.
