Abstract

This study was concerned with histopathologic and cell mediated immunological effect of Nigella sativa (NS) oil on the occurance and progression of chemically-induced carcinogenesis in iamster cheek pouch epitheliurn (1-ICPE) utilizing 0.5% DMBA issolved in heavy mineral oil.
This work was planned to reveal the effects of :-
DMBA on hamster cheek pouch epithelium.
Nigella saliva L.extract on hamster cheek pouch epithelium.
