المستخلص

The individual’s exposure to many painful experiences may result in many psychological disorders, and the individual has a positive psychological immunity that prevents the transformation of these pressures into psychological disorders, and with the Corona pandemic we find that it caused the spread of many mental disorders and among these disorders is obsessive - compulsive disorder, which is a disorder The (DSM5) is defined as being Obsessive thoughts and compulsive repetitive behaviors that interfere in daily life in upnormal way (APA:2013;DSM5,399). And it is a disorder more common among women than men, and is characterized by association with other disorders
such as anxiety and depression (APA,2013;DSM5,401) .
And we find that as a natural result of the this pandemic, the prevalence of this disorder increases, in addition to the increased severity of symptoms for those afficted before the pandemic , represented by excessive hand-washing.
The importance of psychological immunity also comes, especially during of this pandemic, as we find that people who have negative psychological immunity they are in danger that of turning these healthy practices into obsessive-compulsive practices that later turn into obsessive-compulsive disorder and vice versa with people who have positive psychological immunity and psychological immunity can be defined as ( It is a device that absorbs shocks, challenges and crises, analyzes and responds positively to them in a way that maintains psychological , social and physical balance ) (Nasser Mallouhi , 2006, 22) .
Obsessive-compulsive disorder is one of the chronic disorders which if psychological treatment is not done for symptoms will continue and repeat , and the Cognitive-behavioral therapy with its various techniques is considered one of the most successful psychological treatments in treating the symptoms of this type of disorder (APA,2013;DSM5, 413 - 414)
the problem of the current study can be identified in answering the following main question
How effective is a cognitive-behavioral program for treating obsessive-compulsive disorder and improving psychological immunity for a sample of university youth during the Corona pandemic (Covid 19)?
stems from the previous main question the following sub-questions :- 1- What are the essential differences between the experimental group and the control group on the obsessive-compulsive scale of postmeasurement?
2- What are the essential differences between the experimental group on the obsessive-compulsive scale for the pre and post measurements?
3- What are the essential differences between the experimental group on the obsessive-compulsive scale in the post and tracer measuremen?
4-What are the essential differences between the experimental group and the control group on the psychological immunity scale of postmeasurement ?
5-What are the essential differences between the experimental group on the psychological immunity scale for the pre and post measurements ?
6- What are the essential differences between the experimental group on the psychological immunity immunity scale in the post and tracer measurements?
Objectives of the study :
The current study aims to verify the effectiveness of the cognitive-behavioral program in treating the symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder, whose symptoms have increased in severity during the current pandemic, and also the effectiveness of the program in improving the psychological immunity of the individuals of the research sample, andextent to which the program’s effect will continue after two months during the follow-up period for experimental group .

the study’s results:
1- There are statistically essential differences between the average scores of the experimental group and the average scores of the control group in the post measurement on the obsessive-compulsive disorder scale for the experimental group .
2- There are statistically essential differences between the average scores of the experimental group scores in the pre and post measurements on the obsessive-compulsive disorder scale for the post measurement.
3- There are no statistically essential differences between the average scores of the experimental group In the post and tracer measurements on the obsessive-compulsive disorderscale .
4- There are statistically essential differences between the average scores of the experimental group and the average scores of the control group in the post-measurement on the psychological immunity scale for the experimental group .
5- There are statistically essential differences between the average scores of the experimental group In the pre and post measurements on the psychological immunity scale for the post measurement.
6- There are no statistically essential differences between the average scores of the experimental group In the post and tracer measurements on the psychological immunity scale .
