المستخلص

This research aimed to meaذ.sure the relationship between organizational justice and organizational silence (an applied study on employees at Beni Obaid Specialized Hospital in Dakahlia Governorate). The size of the research sample reached (255) individuals with a response rate of 100%. The researcher used a survey list that was prepared for the purpose of collecting data via the Internet, which was designed on the Google Drive search engine, and which represents the variables of organizational justice (independent variable) and organizational silence (dependent variable). The researcher used Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (Alpha) to calculate the validity and reliability coefficients, whileBoth Pearson’s correlation coefficient and simple and multiple regression analysis were used to verify the validity of the research hypotheses. The researcher reached several results, the most important of which was the existence of a moral relationship between organizational justice in all its four dimensions (distributive justice, procedural justice, interactive justice, moral justice) and organizational silence, at Beni Ubaid Hospital in Dakahlia Governorate. There is a positive moral effect of organizational justice on the dimensions Organizational silence. The researcher presented several recommendations, the most prominent of which is providing an organizational climate in which justice prevails in its various dimensions. The hospital administration should seek to reduce subordinates’ fear of negative reactions from their superiors when they provide information or suggestions
