المستخلص

Feminist theory is an intellectual movement that challenges the ways in which gender norms and values are maintained and systematically and critically investigates the social and political structures that maintain them. Through collaborative scholarship, feminist philosophers aim not only to understand the ways in which these norms subordinate women, but also to devise ways to overcome them. At its core, feminist theory denies traditional methods of philosophical inquiry that rely on detachment and distant engagement. Instead, feminist theory engages with various specialized areas of philosophy that recognize the status of interconnected relationships that shape our social, political, and moral lives .Feminist scholarship was also a means of empowering women by bringing to light the hidden reality of women and, therefore, had a political character. Within the understanding of traditional science, the researcher/knower must be purified of all moral, political and religious norms and thus also research. However, feminist scientific research has its roots in the political movement, which attempted to change disadvantaged stereotypical gender roles for women. Therefore, she accepted and advocated the political character of scientific study from the beginning. In contrast to the classical modernist distinction between science and politics, feminist scholarship consists of theory and practice, in other words, with two sides of the coin inseparable. Feminism is a critical philosophy of civilization. The first indications of the feminist movement in Britain began in the movement demanding women’s right to vote and be elected, led by Millie Foust, and the establishment of the Women’s Political and Social Union in 1887 AD, led by Ellen and christelle Thanku Hurst, and crystallized in the wake of the famous student events. The year 1998 AD in France, which included events and demonstrations that spread to European and non-European countries .
