Abstract
The purpose of the present research was to investigate the impact of in Ovo injection with promoting agents on various parameters. Ross 308 eggs from 31week old flocks splitted into 5 groups all eggs under the same incubation parameters injected 0.6 ml in amnion at day 17 of incubation according to groups ,group 1(Control Negative ) non injected group ,group 2(Control Positive )injected with physiological saline 0.9%, group 3 (ascorbic acid ) injected with 3 mg of ascorbic acid dissolved in saline ,Group4 (creatine pyruvate ) injected with12mg of creatine pyruvate dissolved in saline ,Group5 (combination between creatine pyruvate and ascorbic acid) histopathological analysis ,blood glucose level, cbc, creatine kinase activity, oxidative stress levels were measured, by injection of ascorbic acid , eggs hatched 24 hours earlier than the supposed day , the hatchability percentage showed increase in ascorbic acid and creatine pyruvate groups but decreased in combination group ,histological evaluation showed increase in both intestinal villi length and crypt depth in ascorbic acid treated group . stress level decreased in ascorbic acid and creatine pyruvate .the combination between ascorbic acid and creatine pyruvate has a negative drawbacks on some parameters.
