Scientific research has become of great importance in achieving civilized progress and human advancement in different areas of life in the modern era, as it has become one of the most basic factors for developing societies to reach the highest levels in the field of physical education and sports. A great deal of scientific progress and its sporting supremacy in world championships, Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Perhaps from a glance at international tournaments, we find that there is interest in people with special needs and the organization of international competitions such as Paralympics, as sport works on equality and the principle of equal opportunities.
In the past, people with special needs were called persons with special needs, then they called them the term handicapped, then the term disabled, and when the perception of them that they were not helpless developed because society was unable to comprehend them, was unable to accept them, and was unable to benefit from them, which may increase the lack of recognition of advantages or talents or Qualities or capabilities they have that can be developed and trained so that they adapt to their society despite their disabilities, and may even surpass others who we call the normal transgression, i.e. when society realizes that it is the one that contains those obstacles that prevent the disabled from adapting to it, then society changed its view towards the disabled, then the scientific references became Specialized bodies call them the handicapped in the sense that there is an obstacle that impedes them from adapting to society, and thus the word disabled has become not only understood by the handicapped in terms of earning and working only, but also about psychologically and socially adapting to the environment.
