Abstract

This study was designed to evaluate using of Pre-adapted Titanium Mesh on 3D-Model with Bovine Bone Graft and Platelet-Rich Fibrin in augmentation of atrophic posterior mandible as pre-prosthetic procedure for dental implant installation clinically and radiographically, considering the effectiveness of using bovine bone instead of autogenous graft and avoiding donor site morbidity. And maintain perfect contour and augmentation of the ridge. Regarding the short operation time by pre-adapted mesh. This study was conducted on eight patients with vertically and/or horizontally resorbed posterior mandible; examined and managed at the Department of oral and maxillofacial surgery, Faculty of dentistry, Tanta University.
