Abstract

Comprises three main chapters: Chapter one: This chapter is an introduction about electrochemistry, voltammetry, voltammetric methods, Analytical chemistry instrumental methods, normal pulse voltammetry, different pulse voltammetry, square wave voltammetry, techniques for pre-concentration, cyclic voltammetry, cyclic voltammetry applications, electrolyte, electrodes, Importance of used salts and ligands and literature survey of cyclic voltammetry. Chapter two: Contains experimental part, materials and solvents used, , preparation of metal complexes, cyclic voltammetry instrument and instruments used. The analytical techniques (Elemental analyses, IR, SEM and EDX) were used to characterize the isolated solid complexes, computational calculations and biological activities were carried out in this chapter. Chapter three The results and discussion divided into two main part Part (1): The cyclic voltammetry. It divided into five sections. Section (A) is the results of cyclic voltammetry studies for Interaction of CuCl2 with 4-Fluoro benzoic acid (FBA) in KBr Aqueous solutions, Section (B) Cyclic Voltammetry of AuCl4- and Interaction with methylene Blue (MB) using gold electrode. Section (C) cyclovoltametric parameters for the interaction of VOSO4 with Ibuprofen in 0.1 M phosphoric Acid. Section (D) Cyclo voltammetric parameters for the interaction of Uranyl Zinc acetate (UZAc) with 4-Fluoro benzoic acid (FBA) at 291.95K using glassy carbon electrode. Section (E) cyclic voltammetry of silver ions in absence and presence of propranolol in 0.01 M KNO3 using silver working electrode and saturated calomel electrode (SCE) at 292.35 K.
