Study summary and applied benefits Development is considered one of the main pillars on which the policy for the advancement of societies depends, as it relies on two basic elements: the human element and the material element. Interest in developing the economic, social, and political capabilities of youth has become an international demand, and has become one of the distinguishing features of international policies and programs. By exerting efforts and organizing activities that would strengthen policies for youth and the state attaches importance to youth to qualify them to lead development and positive change in all areas of life, By providing young people with everything new in the field of vocational education, strengthening their ideas, skills, and cultures, and providing them with many work experiences in order to deepen their self-employment culture. Therefore, in light of the rapidly changing environment and the intensity of competition, entrepreneurship has become one of the important entry points. Which helps the organization to generate new sources of competitive advantages, and to renew its offerings of products or services, and many studies have indicated that entrepreneurship has a positive effect on performance, so whoever has the ability to initiate, and strive continuously vigorously to take risks and compete, will be able to accomplish His works are of a high standard and he achieves outstanding performance.And learning entrepreneurship as a planned process in which specific education techniques are used that contribute to changing the attitudes of the pioneers and their way of thinking, instilling a spirit of risk in them and motivating them towards self-employment so that they can seize economic opportunities Entrepreneurship learning process is defined as ”the process of providing potential pioneers with knowledge, skills, attitudes, and motivation to start new and innovative businesses and motivate them to succeed in their own business.”Entrepreneurship has acquired a special importance in recent decades that can be described as rising against the background of technological progress and the digital revolution, and although entrepreneurship is not a new term, If it was used for the first time in the nineteenth century by Richard Canteor Nogan Batistsay, it has been heavily highlighted recently, due to the developmental role it has played, especially in emerging economies, Entrepreneurship contributes to increasing the income of the project owner and the income of society as a whole, which helps in economic growth and development. Entrepreneurship includes discovering opportunities and their determinants, which include leadership and innovation, and the decision to take risks by exploring new technology.Innovation and leadership are two sides of the same coin, where innovation plays a catalytic role for social and economic development, and the creation of investment opportunities, which is an essential element in promoting growth. For this reason, many organizations and countries have paid attention to promoting entrepreneurship and innovation and understanding its importance in creating job opportunities. Entrepreneurship includes discovering opportunities and its main determinants, which are leadership, innovation, and risk in exploring new technologies. Innovation, in turn, is a catalyst for social and economic development and wealth creation, and is an essential element in promoting the growth of countries.For all of the above, it was necessary to conduct this study in order to clarify the different concepts in the minds of the beneficiaries and to identify the importance of these projects and the extent of their spread among them, and the economic and social returns they achieve that contribute to achieving sustainable rural development in rural communities.For all of the above, the study problem was formulated in the following questions What is the concept of entrepreneurship and the difference between it and small projects, what is the extent of knowledge of the targeted individuals about entrepreneurial projects and activities, what are the innovative aspects in the field of entrepreneurship, what are the personal, social, communication and guidance characteristics affecting the owners of entrepreneurial projects, What is the degree of their application of entrepreneurship methods in their projects, to what extent do these projects achieve their goals and influence the desired behavioral changes, especially in information and practices, what are the variables affecting the degree of their knowledge and application of methods of managing entrepreneurship projects, What is the proposed plan of action to educate rural community members about entrepreneurship projects?The study mainly aimed at determining the educational and social impacts of entrepreneurship projects in Qalyubia Governorate, by achieving the following sub-objectives:
