Name of researcher: osama Mohamed ahmed elatrash Research title: Aerobic. The effectiveness of a preventive rehabilitation program on inguinal tendonitis for athletesResearch place: Banha University, Faculty of Physical Education for Boys, Banha , Dept. of Sports Health Sciences, Sports Injuries and Physical Rehabilitation Branch2021.This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the effectiveness of the preventive rehabilitation program using both (water exercises, and preventive rehabilitation exercises) in preventing inguinal tendonitis for athletes. The research sample consisted of 12 players, and their ages ranged from (20-30) years.The researcher used the experimental method with the help of the experimental design (pre-measurements, follow-up measurements, post-measurements). A personal interview was conducted with the players, and the following measurements were taken:Measurement muscular size of thigh muscles in two legs by a measuring tape.Measurement of muscular strength of thigh muscles in two legs by the Altenssomitr equipment. Measurement of motor range in thigh contracting muscles by using Flexibility Posterior and extensor and adductor muscles by using Flexibility Anterior. Measurement of the degree of the two-leg balance by using the Balance.As the researcher hypothesizes that the suggested program of rehabilitation exercises and therapeutic massage has positive effect on the following:1. Improving muscular size of thigh muscles . 2. Improving muscular strength of thigh and abdomen muscles .3. Improving motor range of thigh muscles .4. Improving the level of balance.The results showed that there were significant differences in variables under investigation viz. muscular strength variable and the level of balance, whereas there were no significant differences in variables of thigh. thigh extensor muscles and thigh contracting muscles, in the post-measurements, relative stability of the research variables in the follow-up measurement? confirming that the suggested program had positive effect on the research variables.The results showed that the experimental group subjected to the suggested therapeutic program viz. rehabilitation exercises and therapeutic massage improved in all variables under investigation during the application of the program in favor of the post-measurement followed by the follow-up measurement then the pre-measurement. Also the application of the suggested program led to relative stability in some variables in the follow-up measurement.
