The necessity of cooperation between the Training Department of the Sheikh of Al-Azhar and the leaders of the physical education system to provide the specialized courses necessary for human development. The need to support the use of information and communication technology in the human development process by facilitating the necessary resources and credits. Research proceduresResearch Methodology The researcher used the descriptive approach through survey studies, for its suitability to the nature of the research by describing what is an object, analyzing it and extracting facts from it, as the descriptive approach is not limited to data collection and classification, but rather aims to analyze and interpret the results.- The research community: The current research community is represented by the members of the physical education system in Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, the General Administration of Sports Welfare, the Al-Qalubia Al-Azhar region, the educational departments and its Al-Azhar institutes. - The Research Sample : The research sample was selected from members of the physical education system in Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, in the General Administration of Sports Welfare and all the mentors, directors, teachers and teachers of physical education in the Al-Qalubia Al-Azhar region. They were chosen by the stratified random method, and their number (45) became the main research sample (350) individuals. Data collection tools- Analysis of documents - Interview - One application questionnaire, done by the researcher.Building a questionnaire form:Define themes and phrases:- Define themes and phrases: The researcher studied the references, research and studies related to the subject of the research in order to determine the axes and phrases that represent each axis, and then the researcher reached to build the questionnaire in its final form as follows.1- The interrelationship between information technology and human development. (12 phrases). 2- Information technology and organizational development in the physical education system. (9 phrases). 3- Alignment between information technology and the needs of employees (human resources) (10 phrases). 4- Information technology application requirements (13 phrases). 5- Information technology and its contribution to creating the competitive process of human resources (8 phrases). 6- Information technology obstacles to human development (12 phrases)7- The mechanism of applying information technology for human resource development (11 phrases) . The questionnaire must be answered according to a triple scale of assessment Yes (three degrees). To some extent (two degrees). -No (one degree).- The first surveThe researcher applied the questionnaire to the exploratory study sample consisting of (45) individuals and from outside the basic research sample on Wednesday, corresponding to 11/5/2022.AD, in order to identify the extent of the appropriateness of the axes and phrases, the extent of understanding the phrases and their good formulation, the extent of the clarity of the instructions Included in the questionnaire form, the time taken to fill out the questionnaire form.

First: Validity of the questionnaire: The researcher used the sincerity of the arbitrators by presenting the questionnaire to (7) experts in the field of sports management and the Faculty of Computers, Information and Computer. Second: The validity of the questionnaire: To find the stability of the scale used, the researcher re-applied the questionnaire form on the pilot study sample with an interval of two weeks (14 days) from the date of the first application on Wednesday25\5\2022.m. Apply it again with the same conditions and specifications as the first application.
The researcher used the following statistical treatments: - Percentage. - The correlation coefficient. - The relative weight. - Estimated balance - Arithmetic averag - Standard deviation.
