In a world where the steps of work are accelerating and the striving for excellence and excellence among the various universities, many universities have focused on developing their goals, changing their strategies, and improving their programs to raise the level of quality of performance in them (Zidan, 2019). Therefore, universities are currently striving to maintain high levels of quality in both the academic and administrative sides, in order to maintain the competitive advantage they had thanks to quality. It should be noted that accreditation of any university or program has a number of requirements, including achieving comprehensive quality in the academic and administrative process (Al-Tashlan, 2018).
