المستخلص

The study aimed to identify the reality of educational problems in private language schools and their repercussions on the values of their students. The peculiarities of the Egyptian identity in learning outcomes through an attempt to understand the requirements and dimensions of the development of ”administration, curricula, and learning outcomes” for private language schools on the model of the International Baccalaureate. The study also focused on Egypt’s ability, through its material, human, and historical capabilities, to enter safely into the global context of internationalization of education while preserving the model of Egypt’s human being: a human being who believes in the homeland, sanctifies work, and is universally aware of the values of civilization and peace. The study dealt with the work of a questionnaire addressed to teachers of private schools of languages in Dakahlia Governorate about the problems of private schools of languages and their reflections on students’ values and requirements for their development on the model of the International Baccalaureate. And it held an interview with some parents to get to know their point of view about the future of their children on the model of the International Baccalaureate. The study reached results and proposals, which can be included in the pictures of a proposed project for the development of privat language schools on the model of the International Baccalaureate ,With the development of a training program for principals and teachers in these schools to train on international standards and quality of performance in this field. Therefore, the exercises will be in two tracks; Training on the values model according to the standards of the International Baccalaureate, Training on performance model and quality measurements.
