This study was conducted to evaluate the antimicrobial activity of Morianda citrifolia and its synergistic properties with cephalosporins as endodontic irrigant. Methods: 20 clinical isolates was collection from different infected root canals which gave different microbial strains and that have been identified by using Semi Automated MicroScan WalkAway-96 System, then bioactivity testing of Morinda citrifolia Juice (MCJ) alone and its synergistic properties with two new generations of Cephalosporins antibiotics is done, culturing the all microorganisms on BHI agar and incubated for 24 hrs at 35 {u00B0}C, and their susceptibility was assessed by the presence or absence of inhibition zones and zone diameters, and compared it with the control group. Results: The largest inhibition zone was observed against E. faecalis, and gradually less in other test microbes. Conclusions: M. citrifolia showed a considerable antibacterial effect against most test bacteria
