Abstract
The aim of this study is to evaluate pink aesthetic score, and evaluate implant stability in immediate implant with immediate temporization with simultaneous soft tissue augmentation using de-epithelialized free gingival graft.
Methodology:Eigth patients were randomly selected from the outpatient clinic of the Implantology Department. They were treated with immediate implant placement with immediate temporization with simultaneous soft tissue graft using de-epithelialized free gingival graft in the maxillary anterior region. The patients were assigned to be treated using 12 titanium implants.
Results:There was an increase in median PES after 6 months 11.3 (1)that increased to 11.9 (1.1) six months postoperative the difference was statistically significant (P ≤ 0.05), mean stability immediately postoperative was 67 (4.2) that increased to 74.8 (3.7) six months postoperative the difference was statistically significant (P ≤ 0.05).
Conclusion:Thus withinithelimitsiof this study, the following couldbeiconcluded:
The use of sub-epithelial connective tissue graft simultaneously with immediate implant placement and immediate temporization beside digital scanning and digital fabrication of zircon restoration give high esthetic outcome in the esthetic zone and enhance the quality of overlying keratinized mucosa.
