Abstract
The study aimed to identify the degree of practice of e-management by the leaders of the educational district in the State of Kuwait and its relationship to the job performance of those leaders. The study used the descriptive approach. Due to its relevance to the research problem, its aim, and its importance, the study population consisted of workers in the Al-Ahmadi educational district in the State of Kuwait, whose number is (1628) employees, according to the statistics of educational areas in the State of Kuwait. The study reached some results, including that the reality of the use of electronic administration by the leaders of the Ahmadi educational region in the State of Kuwait came to a moderate degree, while the reality of the level of job performance of the leaders of the Ahmadi educational region came with a medium approval degree, and that there is a direct relationship between the use of electronic management by the leaders of the Ahmadi educational region in the State of Kuwait and between The level of job performance is a direct relationship, and in the light of the findings of the study, it recommended the activation of electronic systems in developing the job performance of educational leaders in pre-university education in the State of Kuwait, and the design of an integrated training plan to train the leaders of the Ahmadi educational region to apply the various dimensions of electronic management.
