This study aimed of role of the educational supervisor in enhancing the teaching and learning environment in the State of Kuwait in light of the Excellence management approach. To explore the reality of the teaching and learning environment in general education schools in the State of Kuwait from the perspectives of teachers. To examine the role of the educational supervisor in enhancing the teaching and learning environment in general education schools in the State of Kuwait in light of the excellence management approach from the perspectives of teachers.
