المستخلص The current study aimed to find ways and mechanisms to develop self-management in activating community partnership in the schools of the first cycle of basic education in Sohag, governmental and private. Sohag during the academic year 2021/2022 AD, and the most important results of the study were that there are fundamental differences in the study sample’s perceptions of the dimensions of self-management and the importance of community partnership in the schools of the first cycle of basic education under study, due to the type of school, government or private, where private schools enjoy some self-management on The opposite of government schools that suffer from severe centralization. While there are slight differences in the perceptions of the study sample of the obstacles that prevent building community partnership in the schools of the first cycle of basic education under study, due to the type of school, governmental or private, where some principals of the first cycle of private basic education schools overcome some of the obstacles they face to build Community partnership due to its enjoyment of self-management in some matters. The study presented a proposed vision to develop building community partnership in the schools of the first cycle of basic education in the light of the approach to self-management. |
