Abstract
The present study was conducted in Surgery department, Faculty of veterinary medicine, Zagazig University. The animal study protocol was approved by the animal Ethics Committee of Zagazig University (ZU-IACUC/2/F/29/2022).
Part one (Clinical study): Clinical survey on gastrointestinal disorders for dogs and cats admitted to the clinic of Faculty of veterinary medicine, Zagazig University during February 2019 to september 2022.
Part two (Experimental study): Experimental study on healing of colon anastmosis in cats under the effect of peritoneal grafting and platelet rich fibrin.
