Abstract
Aim of the work: The aim of the current study was to assess the association between genetic polymorphisms of XPC ( rs2228001 ) SNP , XPD ( rs13181 ) SNP , XPG ( rs17655 ) SNP genes and the susceptibility to acute Leukemia in Egypt . Subjects and methods : The present study included 50 patients with acute leukemia 32patients were diagnosed as AML , while 18 patients were diagnosed as ALL and 100 controls > Genotyping for the genes was done by PCR - RFLP technique
