Induction of general anesthesia , laryngoscopy and endotracheal intubation Is usually associated with major hemodynamic response including changes in heart rate and arterial blood pressure of patients. These changes may be hazardous to a lot of patients so anesthesiologist try to control it by various methods, one of these is drugs.
