There are many definitions of jurists of the car housing contract, some of them defined it as: “That binding agreement for both sides, and concluded between a car owner, who wishes to put it in a safe place, and under the protection of a person, and the owner of a garage, whose job is to receive cars.”
Some also defined it as: “The contract by which the car owner places his car in places prepared to receive cars and preserve them, with the car owner keeping the place to retrieve it at any moment he determines, with his obligation to pay for car care.”
Others defined it as: “The contract under which the shelter owner undertakes to house the cars presented to him in his capacity as a professional for this work, including the preservation and guarding of cars, and to provide them with other secondary services, by paying a sum of money estimated according to the type and number of services provided. ”.
Others also defined it as: “The contract concluded between two parties, one of whom is a professional, and he is the owner of the garage, and the other is a non-professional, who is the owner of the vehicle, according to which the first party is obligated to provide accommodation services, represented by the preservation, repair and sale of vehicles, in return for a return that the second party is obligated to. ”.
