Abstract
Nurse interns face stress in work places with life and death situations , heavy workloads invoving physical and mental strain, knowledge of how to use numbers pieces of equipment and consequences of equipment failure ; communication problems among staff members, physician and families and other departments, and awareness of the serious consequence of mistakes.
