To identify the effect of Pilates exercises on the physical, cognitive and emotional learning outcomes in the physical education lesson for preparatory stage students by identifying:- 1. The effect of the traditional lesson exercise program on the physical fitness variables and the cognitive and affective variables associated with the basic skills in volleyball in question for the students from (12-15) years old in the control group. 2. The effect of the Pilates exercise program on the physical fitness variables and the cognitive and affective variables related to the basic skills in volleyball in question from (12-15) years in the experimental group. 3. The difference between the measurements of the control group and the dimensional experimental group in the level of physical fitness variables and the skill, cognitive and emotional learning outcomes of the students from (12-15) years under research. The basic research sample was selected and the number of (50) students from the school of Dyast Preparatory Girls - Department of Talkha educational - Dakahlia governorate By random random way and were randomly divided into two groups, one of them experimental (25) student and the other officer (25) students , The study consisted of eight weeks (tow month) with 2 units per week and the unit implementation time was 90 minutes. The program included 16 teaching units. The experimental method was used using Pilates exercises with the experimental group and the traditional exercises with the control group. Results The effectiveness of the pilates exercise program and its positive effect on the The level of physical fitness variables and physical, skill, cognitive and emotional learning outcomes for female students from the age of 12 to 15 years under study and for the benefit of the experimental group.
