The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of employing educational infographics in an electronic program to develop some scientific concepts for the hearing impaired in the preparatory stage, and to verify this, the researcher prepared data collection tools, and included a list of scientific concepts to be developed for the hearing impaired in the preparatory stage, a list of criteria for designing the electronic program. It depends on employing educational infographics and testing scientific concepts to assess the cognitive aspects of scientific concepts. The researcher followed the descriptive approach to preparing the theoretical framework for research and extracting the theoretical basis for preparing research tools. while the experimental approach was followed to verify the effectiveness of employing educational infographics in an electronic program to develop some scientific concepts among the hearing impaired in the preparatory stage. The researcher designed the electronic program that relies on the employment of educational infographics according to the model of Muhammad Atiyah Khamis (2007) for educational design and development, and the researcher also followed the quasi-experimental design with one experimental group in applying experimental treatment and measurement tools to the research sample, and the research reached the effectiveness Employing educational infographics in the online program to develop some scientific concepts for the research sample.
