The main objective of this research was to reveal the effect of the green psychological climate dimensions on the employee’s green behavior dimensions, applied to a sample of 292 administrative staffat Mansoura Governmental Hospitals. The results of the statistical analysis showed a positive significant correlation between all dimensions of the green psychological climate and the employee’s green behavior dimensions. The results also revealed a significant difference between the opinions of the research sample about the dimensions of the research variables according to social status, while there is no significant difference between the opinions of the research sample about the dimensions of the research variables according to the educational level, and finally the results showed a positive significant effect of only one of the dimensions of the green psychological climate on the employee’s green behavior dimensions, which is the preservation of the environment.
