المستخلص Study Hypotheses: (1) There are statistical differences between Mansoura University management directors in spiritual leadership. (2) There are statistical differences between Mansoura University employees in Job Satisfaction in the light of high and low spiritual leadership. (3) There are statistical differences between Mansoura University employees in quality of work life in the light of high and low spiritual leadership. The Method of the Study:The researcher will use the comparative descriptive study. The Sample of the Study: The sample includes 100 employees from Mansoura University, 50 of the management directors randomly chosen. Their ages are between (30-55) years old; with an average (45.6) and standard deviation (2.3). The Tools of the Study: 1-Spiritual Leadership Scale (Prepared by the researcher). 2-Job Satisfaction Scale (Prepared by the researcher). 3-Quality of work the life Scale (Prepared by the researcher). Statistical Method: -To prove the hypotheses, the researcher has used the following: 1-Average and standard deviations. 2-T.Test. 3-Parson Factor. |
