Abstract

Our experiments was designed aiming to study the immunosuppressive effects of Melamine and the role of Moringa olifera leaves extract or (MO-SeNPs) Conjugate to allievate it on rats.
Sixty Sprague Dawely male rats were allocated into six groups all doses induced orally day after day for 28 day.
group 1: A normal control group in which each rat received distilled water (1 ml/ daily) day after day for 28 day.
group 2: Moringa oleifera leaves extract control group in which each rat received (800 mg/kg.bw) day after day for 28 day.
group 3: SeNPs control group in which each rat received (0.5 mg/kg.bw) day after day for 28 day.
group 4: Each rat received (700 mg/kg.bw) of melamine day after day for 28 day.
group 5: Each rat received melamine (700 mg/kg.bw) 1 hour before (MO-SeNPs) conjugate was given (200 mg/kg.bw) equivalent dose to Moringa oleifera extract (800 mg/kg.bw) day after day for 28 day.
