Abstract

The Study Aim: Developing system based on semantic web for management of educational mobile applications as well as the effective recruitment of educational mobile in the education sector and achieve positive participation of students in the educational process and the use of advanced technology in the learning process and assessment of students electronically and provide immediate feedback which increases learning opportunities and stimulates students and focus their attention.
Type of study and methodology:
This study combines two types of studies:
A. Descriptive Study: This study is based on the methodology of (sample survey (.
B. Semi-empirical study: The semi-empirical study is based on applying the proposed system on a sample of students.
Study Sample:
The research sample consists of a group of fourth year students, Computer Teacher Preparation Department (20 Students), Faculty of Specific Education, and Damietta University.
Statistical Methods:
The researcher employed the statistical treatment appropriate with the nature of the study (Chi- square Test), (T-test).
Summary of the study results: The results showed the following:
1- A set of principles and criteria for the design of educational mobile applications have been reached and divided into 8 areas.
2-There are statistically significant differences at level 0.05 between the mean scores When pre and post applying the test for the cognitive aspects in favor of the post application, which indicates and confirms the effectiveness and impact of the proposed application.
3- There is a statistically significant correlation at the level of 05. Between the mean scores of the experimental group when pre and post applying the achievement test, There are positive trends among experimental group students (which study the network course using the proposed application) towards the use of the proposed system.
4-There is the effectiveness of the proposed system to assess the learner and to get feedback and show the shortcomings of the learner that measure target at 0.05 level of significance.
5- The study stressed the importance of using the proposed application for its benefits.
