Abstract

The thesis deals with the analysis of some selected drugs used in the treatment and management of hypertension and other related diseases.
Drugs used for the Treatment of Cardiovascular Diseases and Associated Disorders.
The selected drugs belong to several pharmacological groups such the β-blockers, diuretics, calcium channel blockers, angiotensin II receptor antagonists, angiotensin –converting enzyme inhibitors and factor Xa inhibitor.
The thesis comprises five parts.
