Abstract
The presents study was designed to Investigate the effect of supplementing the pan bread and cake with four local plants (fenugreek, camel grass, ammi and roselle) on renal patients . This study found the best selected local plants for renal patients were ammi 7.5% replacement and camel grass 7.5% replacement . This study recommended to using naturel seeds herbs and spices to therapy different of kidney diseases without any side effects.
