Tools of data collection
The following tools were used for data collection.

3. Attitude scale, it was concerned with assessing nurses` attitude regarding pressure ulcer prevention; it was be adopted from (Etafa, 2015).
The main findings of this study were:
* More than half of studied nurses (56.0%) had bachelor degree; about 45.0% of them had experience between 5-10 years.
* It was found that 48.0% of the studied nurse were mentioned that low albumin level as risk factor of pressure ulcer, 46.0% of them identified that Pressure ulcer opening as first signs of pressure ulcer and half of the nurse (50.0%) know that skin loss with tissue damage were signs of second degree pressure ulcer.
* Half of the studied nurses 52.0% % of the studied nurses had negative perception toward pressure ulcer, 33.0% of them had positive perception and 15.0% of them had neutral.
* It was found that, 80.0%, 75.0% & 74.0% were never document all data related to pressure ulcer assessment, never perform skin care as a routine work & never use special mattress to prevent pressure loading respectively.

* There were highly statistically significant relationship between age, marital status, qualification, experience year, working area, attend training courses of the studied nurses and their knowledge regarding pressure ulcer p < 0. 01, while there is statistically insignificant relation between gender of the studied nurses and their knowledge regarding to pressure ulcer p > 0. 05.
* There were positive correlation between knowledge and perception of the studied nurses regarding to pressure ulcer with statistically significant correlation (P 0.05).
* There were positive correlation between knowledge and skills of the studied nurses regarding to pressure ulcer with statistically significant correlation (P 0.05).
* There were positive correlation between attitude and practices of the studied nurses regarding pressure ulcer with statistically significant correlation (P 0.05).
