Abstract
The use of rooting hormones to enhance root formation, considerably shorten the period during which the offshoots may be subjected to adverse drought conditions. The purpose of the present study was to stimulate and improve rooting of date palm cv. Hayany offshoots by using anti-stresses (salicylic acid and licorice root extract) as well as auxins mixture, alone or in combinations.
