Abstract
Objective: This study was coherapy (LLLT) on bone repair Materials and methods:Sevroups, group (A) consisted ofaser therapy, group (B) consis He-Ne laser(632.8 nm) and gracture received Ga-As laser
ubgroups according to their says. Assessment of bone fractnd histopathological analysis. Results:The results of this study revealed that group (C) showed more complete bone regenerationon15 th and 30th post-operativedayswhen compared with groups(A&B) according to the radiological findings. According to thehistopathological analysis,on 15thand 30th postoperativedays, there was nostatistically significant difference between groups (A&B) (p > 0.05)in newly formed blood vessels,fibroblasts, osteiod and bone formation scores. While, there was a significant difference between groups (A&C) and (B&C) (p value < 0.05) in favor of group(C).Conclusion:Ga-Aslaser showed a bio-stimulatin by stimulating the modulation of the initial inflam the resolution to normal condition at the earlier lasers were not different from the control group Key words: low level laser therapy-bone repair.
