The goal of current research to develop and design a Suggested Model for the analysis of Research / Thesis in Instructional Technology (SMART-IT), from (2000- 2016). And prepare a manual for this research and studies on this period include the following elements) publishing in general, university degree, a researcher with the name, the quality of the researcher, title search).
