الملخص:
تناولت الدراسة الحالية موضوع(الخدمات التعليمية في مدينة قصر خيار-ليبيا),دراسة في جغرافية الخدمات,وذلك من خلال دراسة العوامل الطبيعية والبشرية المؤثرة علي الخدمة التعليمية بالمنطقة,ودراسة تطور الخدمات التعليمية بالمنطقة,والتوزيع الجغرافي لها,ومدي كفاءة هذه الخدمات ,ونفوذها,وتجديد الاحتياجات المستقبلية للسكان من تلاميذ ,ومدارس, وفصول, ومدرسين علي مستوي المراحل التعليمية.
واشتملت الدراسة علي خمسة فصول سبقتها مقدمة وانتهت بخاتمة وتحتوي علي عناصر بحثية ضمت بها نحو(51)جدول إحصائيا,و(60)شكل بياني وخرائط لدراسة مكونات ظاهرة الخدمة التعليمية ,وكذلك علي(10)صور فوتوغرافية ,ومضمون الفصول كما يلي:
الفصل الأول:
يدرس العوامل الطبيعة والبشرية المؤثرة علي الخدمة التعليمية بالمنطقة من موقع,ومظاهر السطح,ومناخ ,ومصادر المياه,ويدرس كذلك السكان من حيث نموهم ,وتوزيعهم,وكثافتهم ,وتركبيهم,إضافة إلي دراسة العمران,وطرق المواصلات ,والسياسة الحكومية.
الفصل الثاني:
يدرس التطور التاريخي للخدمات التعليمية بالمنطقة من عام 1995-2014م,وذلك من خلال دراسة تطور متغيرات العملية التعليمية بمختلف المراحل التعليمية.
الفصل الثالث:
اهتم هذا الفصل بدراسة التوزيع الجغرافي للخدمات التعليمية بالمنطقة عام2013-2014م,من حيث التوزيع الجغرافي لعدد التلاميذ ,والمدارس,والفصول,والمدرسين علي مختلف مراحله التعليمية,وركز كذلك علي دراسة نفوذ خدمة المدارس لمرحلتي التعليم الأساسي والثانوي والجامعي.
الفصل الرابع:
يدرس هذا الفصل كفاءة الخدمات التعليمية علي مستوي محلات المنطقة خلال عام 2014,1995م.وذلك من خلال معايير الكفاءة المتمثلة في كثافة الفصل,ومعدل فصل/مدرسة,ومعدل تلميذ/مدرسة,ومعدل تلميذ/مدرس,ومعدل مدرس /فصل.
الفصل الخامس:
في حين تطرق الفصل الخامس إلي دراسة أهم مشكلات الخدمات التعليمية بالمنطقة ,وحلول لهذه المشكلات,ودرس مستقبل الخدمات التعليمية حيث أهتم بتقدير أعداد السكان حتى عام 2034م,وتدرس أعداد الملتحقين بالعملية التعليمية واحتياجاتهم المستقبلية من مدارس,وفصول,ومدرسين.
وتختم الدراسة بقائمة من المراجع والمصادر والملاحق ,بجانب النتائج وبعض التوصيات التي تفيد البحث العلمي الجغرافي في مجال الخدمات التعليمية.

By studying the natural and human factors affecting the educational service in the area, the development of educational services in the area , their geographical distribution, efficiency and accessibility and determination of future needs of population (students, schools, classes and teachers at different educational levels), this study tackles the subject of (Educational Services in Qasr Khyiar city, Libya), ( a study in service geography).
This study consists of five chapters, preceded by an introduction and followed by a conclusion. This Study also includes research elements, containing 51statistical tables and 60 diagrams and maps to study the components of educational service phenomena, in addition to 10 photographs. Study Chapter’s contents are as follow:
Chapter:The First
covers the natural and human factors affecting the educational service in the area in terms of the site, surface manifestation, and climate and water sources. This chapter also discusses the population in terms of growth, distribution, density and structure, urbanization and transportation routes and the governmental policy.
The Second Chapter:
tackles the historical development of educational service in the area for the period from 1995 to 2014, by studying the development of educational process variables at all different educational stages and levels.
Chapter:The Third
discusses the geographic distribution of educational services in the area in 2013-2014, in terms of geographic distribution of the number of students, schools, classes and teachers at different educational levels. This chapter also focuses on studying the influence of school service for elementary and secondary education.
Chapter:The Fourth
tackles the efficiency of educational services on the local level throughout (1995-2014), compared to efficiency standard represented in the class density, school, class/school ratio, student/ school ratio, student/teacher ratio, teacher/class ratio.
Chapter:The Fifth
covers the most important problems of educational services in the area and their solutions. This chapter also tackles the future of educational services by focusing on population number estimates till 2034 as well as number of educational process enrolled students and their future needs for schools, classes and teachers.
This Study is concluded with a list of references, sources, annexes, as well as the outcomes and recommendations for the geographic scientific research in the field of educational services.
