Abstract
This study was divided into an introduction, an introductory section, and two chapters. The introduction included the importance of the subject of the study and the legal problems raised by the research, the research methodology to be followed and the research plan. The introductory section dealt with the concept of satellite broadcasting and its stages of development, as a prelude to studying the problematic conflict between the principles of free flow of information as an international human right and the principle of state sovereignty as one of the fundamental principles of public international law regarding the activity under study in chapter one. The second chapter dealt with the study of the research activity in the light of the legal rules that were included by the international organizations on the one hand, and the treaties on outer space and international communications on the other hand. The study concluded with a conclusion that included the research findings and recommendations that were identified through the stages of the study.
