Abstract

ASD was the most common congenital lesion accounted for 27 % of the cases while TOF was the most common cyanotic lesion accounted for 7 % of the cases.
The incidence of arrhythmia in our series was 12 % of total population, AF (2.4%) was the commonest arrhythmia (if PAC was not considered), followed by CHB (1.9 %), SVT (0.9%), VT (0.5%).
Patients were followed up for 6-12 months, 42.9% were managed conservatively while 25.7 % underwent cardiac surgeries, while 31.4% underwent catheter interventions.
Late complications and associated cardiac morbidities occurred frequently, while the incidence of mortality was 5.7 % of the total population.
