Summary
The Electronic Magazines brought great changes in the map of media space, so that it had changed the methods and patterns of public usage, and had produced other roles not as that which had principally existed, becoming characterized by greater awareness and maturity; perhaps the environmental awareness and interest in environmental issues is one of these created roles. This study tagged with the Electronic Magazines and promotion of awareness, tries to study the public usage of one of the World wide web applications, which are the Electronic Magazines, and the extent of its effectiveness in promoting environmental awareness. The study cantered problematic about how does The Electronic Magazines, since it is one of the World wide web applications, lead to spread environmental awareness among the public of the users. That is a major problem, which includes others sub-questions summarized in:
The Questions of studying:
1- What are the patterns and ways to use The Electronic Magazines, leading to the creation of environmental awareness among the audience of users from children?
2- What are the habits of children exposed users to electronic Magazines?
3- What are the motives of the use of children in particular electronic Magazines, on the subject of environmental awareness?
4- What is the role of the electronic publication of magazines and the consolidation of environmental awareness among the audience of users from children?
The importance of studying:
The topic is of great importance, especially that the Electronic Magazines is still the subject of much debate and controversy in the scientific and academic circles, particularly in its part concerning the use of the Electronic Magazines, so it was chosen for a number of personal and objective reasons, perhaps the most important one is the wide spread social networks and numbers of users, as well as their success in playing different roles especially at the level of awareness. This has become a phenomenon requiring study, in addition to the increasing importance of environmental awareness and posing it at different local and international levels.
The Objectives of the study:
The study seeks to reach a set of objectives including identification of their motivations and their interests especially concerning the environmental side, leading to the dissemination of culture and environmental awareness and build the foundations of ecological.
Curriculum and study tools:
The present study has been included within descriptive studies The searcher relied on a sample survey approach which is considered as the main approach to study the public of media, in descriptive or analytical framework, as well as the application of a set of data collection tools, represented in the observation, as well as a form of a questionnaire that included 20 questions divided into some axes in order to answer the problematic of the study and its questions, As well as content analysis form, sample which included 400 members of the research community, distributed incidentally.
The Results of studying :
1- Uses 64% of the respondents electronic magazines between the cases of regularity and sometimes.
2- The largest percentage of respondents (S) that electronic journals from an hour to two hours by 47.6%.
3- The most favorable times to browse electronic journals are at night by 34%.
4- 82% of the children’s father a sample Rissah publish topics pertaining to the environment.
