Associated with criminal protection in both (substantive and procedural) of public funds in Egypt’s political system, economic and social, as developed in the context of legislative politics in the state to protect public funds from all forms of aggression, and that the role of justice in the field of procedural criminal protection of public funds, not just to put legal rules and procedural mechanisms to protect public funds from all forms of aggression, but real reform seems, by searching for system and procedural mechanism double check the appropriate balance between the interests and uncontrolled interest in the protection of public funds. Hence the importance of the study appear in the need to strive towards the exploration of a typical procedural mechanism optimally achieve the necessary money public protection. Legislative fact procedural based on the protection of public funds derived sources of strength from the protectionist provisions scattered in various laws, where there is not in Egypt, a comprehensive and integrated procedural legal system deals with which the legislator confrontation procedural crimes of aggression on public funds and protect it from the procedural destination that keep pace with the criminal patterns developed and developments era.
