Abstract
The main aim of the present thesis is focused on the preparation and characterization employing elemental analyses, thermal (TG and DTG), spectral (IR, UV-Visible, 1H NMR and 13C NMR) and magnetic measurements of new complexes of (E)-2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl))-N-(2-hydroxybenzylidene)acetohydrazide (H2STH) with Fe(III), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II), Cd(II) , Hg(II) , Cd(II) and U(VI)O22+ metal ions. Also, theoretical studies and biological activity studies were carried out.
