The present thesis is identified in three chapters; the first chapter includes previous studies, the second chapter includes the practical part, and the third chapter includes the results and the discussion.
 First chapter includes a study of the safavid art in Iran and its famous and rich in plants, animals, geometric, and letters ornaments.
The elements were selected for the implementation of different ways and methods using different innovative materials such as hand-made work and embroidery machine
 The second chapter includes the followings: various raw materials that were used as burlap, linen, velvet, and leathers. Also varied stitches that were also used as stem, chain, blanket, satin, and French knot.
 Cotton threads, polyester were used in hand embroidery while
artificial silk threads were used in machine embroidery for compatibility with the machine and multiple colors. Besides, for hand embroidery the suitable tools as pins, suitable threads, carbon paper, transparent paper, suitable needle for each material were also used.
 Polyester threads with waxy layer were used with thick needle, and the round punch, beside the special pen were also used for coloring the leathers (goat, cow).

 Testing were carried on at the National Center for Research, Chemistry Organization and the Egyptian Organization for Standardization and Quality to ensure the quality of the raw materials, and its ability to withstand stress during embroidery as tensile strength, elongation, pilling, air permeability, tear strength, colour fastness to light, and abrasion.
 Finally, in chapter three (Results & Discussion), every product has been analyzed whether produced by hand or machine via analytical description of the design included shape of the unit in the Safavid period, and preview it as final product by hand or machine included the most important problems which took place, its causes and methods to solve, and present the new innovation in the research either by hand or by machine. A questionnaire evaluation for products have been carried out taking the opinions’ of specialists of teaching stuff members (Ain shams university-Helwan university) and producers, followed by the most important references that has been used for this research
