i. problem of the study:
The problem of the study is that the most of institutions suffer from a problem in crises management which faced them as a result of variables and complications in the internal and external business environment which obsessed to be a panic in our present era, whereas the recent studies points to the importance of inspirational leadership as a newly concept and represent it as an intellectual and cognitive power that helps in crisis management and institutions operations to ensure their survival and continuity.
Based on what’s mentioned above, it can be said that the problem of the study lies in the attempt to answer the following main question:
“ What is the impact of inspirational leadership in crises management on the ministry of health operating in Palestine ? “.
And from the previous main question, branches the following these sub-questions:
1. What is the impact of the inspirational leadership proportions (the ability to enable employees, belonging and direction, confidence and reliability) on the discovery of early warning signals in the ministry of health working in Palestine?
2. What is the impact of the inspirational leadership proportions (the ability to enable employees, belonging and direction, confidence and reliability) on the preparation and prevention in the ministry of health working in Palestine?
3. What is the impact of the inspirational leadership proportions (the ability to enable employees, belonging and direction, confidence and reliability) on the ability to contain damages in the ministry of health working in Palestine?
4. What is the impact of the inspirational leadership proportions (the ability to enable employees, belonging and direction, confidence and reliability) on restoring the activities in the ministry of health working in Palestine?
5. What is the impact of the inspirational leadership proportions (the ability to enable employees, belonging and direction, confidence and reliability) on the learning factor in the ministry of health working in Palestine?
ii. Study Hypotheses:
In the light of the problem of the study, the researcher can formulate the Hypotheses on which the study can be based to the following points:
The first main Hypotheses states that: “There is a significant impact of inspirational leadership dimensions in crises management in the ministry of health in Palestine.
And branches from the first former hypothesis, the following sub- Hypotheses:
• The first sub-hypothesis states that: “There is a significant impact of inspirational leadership proportions (The ability to enable employees, belonging and direction, confidence and reliability) on the discovery of early warning signals in the ministry of health working in Palestine.
• The second sub-hypothesis states that: “There is a significant effect of inspirational leadership proportions (The ability to enable employees, belonging and direction, confidence and reliability) on the preparation and prevention in the ministry of health working in Palestine.
• The third sub-hypothesis states that: “There is a significant effect of inspirational leadership proportions (The ability to enable employees, belonging and direction, confidence and reliability) on the ability to contain damages in the ministry of health working in Palestine.
• The fourth sub-hypothesis states that: “There is a significant effect of inspirational leadership proportions (The ability to enable employees, belonging and direction, confidence and reliability) on restoring the activities in the ministry of health working in Palestine.
• The fifth sub-hypothesis states that: “There is a significant effect of inspirational leadership proportions (The ability to enable employees, belonging and direction, confidence and reliability) on the learning factor in the ministry of health working in Palestine.
