Abstract
This thesis concludes the interaction of some anticancer drugs : etoposide , busulfan and dacarbazine with DNA in aqueous solution and immobolized on screen printed Carbon electrode for the investigation using voltammetric and spectroscopic methods.
Chapter one includes theory of voltammetry and types of anticancer drugs.
Chapter two includes the experimental part of the work involving the equipment and material.
Chapter three includes the results and discussion for the interaction between these drugs and DNA.
