Abstract

What is the relationship between plant parts used in nutrition and
its relationship with some related diseases gland liver to need the further
study and clarification as well as accounted disease of continues to paint
the liver, a large proportion in most of the world’s population, but rather,
we find that those who suffer from obesity around the world must become
infected degree of grades FLD a problem is also widespread in Egypt as a
result of the consumption of large amounts of fatty substances and sugary
uncontrolled , these it all paid to study root of the plant ginger including
contents of active substances to track and study its effect of fatty liver
which obtained the rhizomes ginger which purchased from impact the
local market , and divided into two parts owing to obtaine the aqueous
and alcohol extracts to determine the organic compounds and phenolic as
well as chemical the constituents ginger of rhizomes which to slices and
immersed in 1 liter of alcohol 95% ethanol with vibration intermittent for
24 hours and then heated for 3 hours under the pressure of 45 m to
vaporize the nomination. Aqueous extracts also were cutting (1 kg of
ginger rhizomes) into slices and immersed in 1 liter of distilled water with
intermittent vibration for 24 hours and then heated for 3 hours under the
pressure of 45 m to vaporize the nomination.
Thirty six female albino rats white-type Sprague Dawley were fed
on a standard diet for six days before the beginning of the experiment, in
order to adapt.
Experiment was design as rat divided into 6 groups, consists of six
rats as follows:
A- Control group: first: Experiment was design as a group and negative
control group and fed on the basic length of the experiment of the
meal.
B. Group B: Experiment was design as group and positive control group
which fatty for infected liver which fed on 10% of fructose.
C. Group C: and are fed on Fructose 10% , in addition to the injecte with
gastric tube mouth infectious of at with aqueous extract of ginger
rhizomes (50 mg / kg).
D- Group D: fed on Fructose at rate of 10%, in addition to the injected
with gastric tube mouth infectious with alcoholic extract of ginger
rhizomes at the rate of (50 mg / kg).
E. Group E: Injected with aqueous extract of ginger rhizomes at a rate of
(50 mg / kg).
F. Group f: Injected with alcoholic extract of ginger rhizomes at the
rate of (50 mg / kg) and continues to experiment a period of 5 weeks.
At the end of the experiment , Bio-biological assessment was
determine of the different meals as percentage of weight gain, feed
efficiency ratio was accounted, where there was a consensus between the
consumption of feed and significantly increased the body weight and in
the groups which contain a high concentration rate. The impact rhizomes
of ginger extracts on weight gain and feed efficiency ratio for the control
group recorded a slight increase in weight as a result of eating a meal free
of material treatment, while other groups have seen a very high rise in the weights owing the continuous increase throughout the period of the
experiment. With respect to the final weight , control positive has seen
the highest values and show sixth group with less values. As for weight of
the members may have seen (the small intestine - kidney- spleen) with
higher values for the rest of the members.
Also biochemical study on, which is meant to study the psychology
of enzymatic were estimated the enzymes which indicated the response of
the liver to do as a result of the impact of dealing with ginger extracts.
Supported this study blood, where examination estimated the
number of red and white blood cells, as well as the percentage of
Haemoglobin, and platelet count as a whole blood where one of the
categorical evidence of the effect extracts under this study, on the general
vitality and the immune system as well as the mechanism of clotting and
the incidence of infections, which gives the possibility to judge on the use
of extracts from the place or not.
Biochemical study was done to estimate the ratio of blood lipids,
including triglycerides, total cholesterol, which is an important factor to
judge the effectiveness of the extracts under this study.
Histopathological study was done to determine the exact status of
liver tissue, kidney and spleen, eyes, brain, lungs, heart and intestines to
promote the study on biochemical reaction extracts under this study on
the body.
Obtained the blood samples: at the end of the experiment, feeding
was preventing food from the rats for 12 hours and then drugged using
Dai ethyl ether was obtained blood samples from the hepatic portal vein
in a clean, dry and store centrifuges at room temperature for 15 minutes tubes. It was the work of centrifuges (4000 rpm / 10 minutes at room
temperature) sera were separated and transferred and stored in a (20 °)
until analyzed. It was performed biochemical analyzes of blood samples
and samples of serum for a complete blood picture, and estimate the
sedimentation velocity in the blood, and estimate the insulin in the blood,
and the percentage of fat in the blood, and indicators of liver function,
and estimate the proportion of fat in the tissues of the liver. Members
were extracted (liver, kidney, heart, lungs, spleen, brain eyes, the small
intestine) and washed in brine and weight and then save them in formalin
solution (10%). The check histopathological samples (liver, kidney,
heart, lungs, spleen, brain eyes, the small intestine). Statistical analysis
was also through compact using Microsoft Office and Windows
computers. Using SAS software was also used SPSS software to compare
the groups treated with the study, and all the results that have been
obtained have been tabulated and make appropriate recommendations.
The following results of this study:
Feed studies and physical measurements of experimental animals-1
1. When comparing the weights between the Group (negative + Group
that are injected with 10% fructose) as well as showed that the highest
percentage increase in weight was in favor of the group that are
injected with 10% fructose Ameliorates followed by negative group.
2. When comparing the weights between the Group (the Group that were
injected with 10% fructose as well as 50 mg of aqueous extract of
ginger + Group that are injected with 10% fructose and 50 mg of the
alcoholic extract of ginger) and showed that the highest percentage
increase in weight was in favor of the group that injected with aqueous
extract of ginger.
3. When comparing the weights between the Group (the Group that are
injected with 50 mg of aqueous extract of ginger + Group that are
injected with 50 mg of the alcoholic extract of ginger) and showed
that the highest percentage increase in weight was in favor of the
group that injected aqueous extract of ginger.
4. When examining the rates of consumption of food among all
groups: it was observed that feed consumption rate was in favor of
the group (injected with 10% fructose +50 mg of the alcoholic extract
of the rhizomes of ginger), followed by group (injected with 10%
fructose +50 mg of aqueous extract the rhizomes of ginger), followed
by group (injected with 50 mg of aqueous extract of the rhizomes of
ginger), followed by group (injected with 50 mg of the alcoholic
extract of the rhizomes of ginger), followed by group (injected with
10% Ameliorates fructose), while it was lowest ratio of feed
consumption for the group (negative control).
5. When examining the effect of extracts under study on the liver weight
turns out that the highest weight was in favor of the group (injected
with 10% fructose) at all while was got a group (injected with 10%
fructose +50 mg aqueous extract) on the second arrangement, The less
weight of the liver is located in the group (injected with 10% fructose
+50 mg of alcoholic extract of ginger rhizomes).
6. Noted that less weight to the total weight is in the group (negative
control), while the highest weight at all was for the benefit of (that are
injected with 10% fructose), followed by group (injected with 10%
fructose +50 mg aqueous extract).
7. It turned out that the highest spleen weight was in favor of the group
(injected with 10% Ameliorates fructose +50 mg of the alcoholic
extract of the rhizomes of ginger) as well as less weight of the spleen is located in the group (injected with 50 mg of the alcoholic extract of
the rhizomes of ginger).
8. It was also noted in the eye that the weight of the highest weight at all
Group (negative control) as well as less weight to the eye is located in
the group (injected with 10% fructose +50 mg aqueous extract).
9. It was also found that less weight to the weight of the brain is located
in the group (injected with 10% fructose +50 mg aqueous extract) and
the highest weight was in favor of the group (negative control).
10. It was also noted in the intestines Weight minute that the highest
weight on the launch group (injected with 10% fructose) as well as
less weight minute in the group of the gut (that are injected with
10%Ameliorates fructose +50 mg of alcoholic extract of ginger
rhizomes).
