The aim of the study includes : Identifying the theoretical
foundations of leadership behavior in the light of the total quality
management, and Identifying the tasks and requirements of the
development of public administration for education in Saudi Arabia, and
Monitoring the reality of the leadership behavior for principles of
education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Detecting the perceptions
and attitudes of experts toward leadership behavior for principals of
departments of education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the light of
total quality management, and Submitting a proposal to develop the
leadership behavior of the principals of education in the Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia in the light of the total quality management.
